Kevin and I visited a local Ottawa School (Mcgregor Easson) this morning before leaving for Toronto- and the kids were fantastic !!! They made an elaborate display showing a map of Antarctica, an incredible Impossible2Possible banner, and many other South Pole related items. The questions were incredible- and they provided us with some very insightful thoughts.


I had to leave Kathy and Mia this morning, Kevin left his family Friday- we are both obviously going to miss them so much- I am sure we will be putting all of our technical gear to great work to stay in touch !

"My class is a group of 20 kindergarten age children and they are fascinated by what Kevin, Ray and Richard are doing. We got alot of snow here in Ottawa today and when we went outside some of our kids got sleds and were prentending to be Ray, Kevin and Richard on their trek. It was very cute. I also have the Playmobile Artic set out (close enough to antartic scenery) and the kids are role playing the trek with the little figures. It's so excitting for us to have some modern day superhero's that the kids can look up to."
